Job in the Philippines – Facility Engineer,Nationwide
Facility Engineer (Cebu, Davao, Oroquieta, Iloilo, Zamboanga, Tarlac and Bataan
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the Head of PM Operations and Client’s overall manager for site operations:
Responsible for the efficient and effective operations, repair and maintenance of all building facilities and equipment and water system.
Develop and implement innovative programs to optimize function of facility components.
Tasked to deliver prompt and courteous facilities management services in support of business needs in safety work environment
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and is licensed: Electrical or Mechanical or Civil or Electronic and Communications. Graduates of Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management are welcome.
With relevant working experience in facilities management and with telecommunication companies.
Strong background in safety and emergency preparedness
Able to drive and with updated professional driver’s license
Willing to be assigned and travel around the country. Applicants residing within the locality are highly considered.
Proficient in preparing reports, plans and targets with superior verbal and written communication skills
Must have strong leadership qualities and organizational skills
Thoroughly patient in dealing with customer feedback, action oriented and with excellent interpersonal skills
Male or Female, not exceeding 35 years of age
