? At least 15 years experience in engineering work for oil and gas industry, Jacket and Topside, FPSO fabrication
? At least 7 years experience in Project Management such as CSR, Superintendent, Manager role in oil and gas industry.
? Good communication skills at all levels with fluent written and spoken English.
? Ability to work as a part of a multi-nation, multicultural team and to establish excellent working relationships with all parties
? High degree of problem solving ability
? Able to work unsupervised within a designated framework.
? Able to handle complex issues involving multiple disciplines and priorities.
? Autonomous decision making authority within designated framework
? Responsibility level to reflect authority
? Extensive experience in construction management
? Prior overseas work experience in multicultural, multi ethnic environment
? Practical background
? Computer literate
