The CONTRACT MANAGER based in Kuala Belait. He shall be responsible for the overall contract administration and project management and dedicated fully to the CONTRACT. He shall be responsible for the due performance of the WORK and shall be experienced in contract administration and in construction works of this nature. He
shall liaise with the COMPANY on all matters relating to the WORK and shall ensure that the WORK is performed safely and in the most cost effective manner to a pre-determined QA/QC plan. The day-to-day adminstration shall include but not limited to:
- engineering aspects
- routine commercial administration
- performance, including inter alia workmanship, productivity, MATERIALS,
- Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)
- manpower selection, qualifications and management
- work planning
- maintenance of CONTRACT documentation, drawings and records
He shall also ensure that Bruneian Citizens are offered every opportunity for job progression and access to the industry.
He will preferably have an Engineering degree or construction equivalent qualification.
20 years experience in a similar project management/operations role associated with offshore activities is considered to be the minimum.
He shall be fully conversant with latest planning techniques and have a good working knowledge of all pertinent codes and practices, statutory regulations etc. Preferably a Bruneian.
