Remote Staff is looking for an in-house recruiter who is versatile and proactive.
Must be based from India and is willing to work with a team of Recruiters from the Philippines.
Someone who has experience working as part of the Recruitment team.
Must be quick enough to identify potentials and get excited by it.
With good time management skills.
Good research skills.
Experience in IT and Marketing industry will be a plus.
Must have at least 6 months to 1 year recruitment experience.
Must be independent and responsible.
Must be fluent in English.
BPO background is a plus.
Reading and classifying resumes.
Screening applicant’s resume.
Sourcing for qualified candidates.
Conducting In-depth Phone or SkyCall Interviews.
Resource and background check, if needed.
Report and evaluation creation.
Updating candidates and applicant with regards to the status of their application.
