Web Developer Wanted $300 USD+ (100% Home-based job, Full time)

Dream-Hi Design LLC is currently renovating and needs a talented/experienced full-time Web Developer who is fluent in English. Dream-Hi Design LLC is a family owned design agency located in Mid-West of Indiana, USA. We are currently renovating our company and in need of talented web/graphic designer.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Continuous
Payment: STARTING from USD $300/month (plus bonus may apply)
Type: 100% home based job, Full time.

Qualification
Applicant must have:
- At least 3 years experience in Web Developing industry.
- A fast computer and Internet Service that can be used for large file transfer and communicating with our staff
- Prompt communication by MSN messenger and email.
- Fast work speed, CREATIVE/HIGH QUALITY, user-friendly structure, efficient Back-end Coding, Dynamic Front-end coding, Web Animation Effect.
- Advanced level of web languages (front and back end); html5, java script, jquery, php, asp, my SQL, WordPress, Joomla, Dotnetnuke, etc.
- Ability to create customized CMS, membership account, Blog, Email form, e-Newsletter, Mass emailing, picture and video uploading module, payment system integration. etc.
- Ability to manage own working hours, ability to plan a project details and efficient/high quality execution.
- Ability to set up a web server, installing database, domain setup etc.
- All Web Browser optimization
- Website optimization for mobile device (smart phone, tablet etc.)
- Site analysis
- SEO

Preferred:
- Experience in big project (portal site)

Will be responsible for:
- Plan project details
- Programming Front and back end coding for websites for small to large size businesses/organization
- Setting up a server language/database
- Linking to social network accounts.
- RSS feeding
- Frequent website maintenance
- SEO customizing
- Website statistics analysis

Salary
- STARTING US $300/month plus bonus*
*Bonus: If you work on more than 3 websites in a month, you will receive extra $150 from 3rd project.
- Paypal account is needed for money transfer.
