We are seeking a Pastry Chef for our prestigious company
General:
The qualified candidate should demonstrate culinary passion with creativity in menu development and execution of all pastry products.
Required Experience& skills:
The ideal candidate should have Formal Culinary Certificates and 3-4yrs practical training
5yrs experience in a similar position
HACCP/Food Safety knowledge
Detail oriented, organized and able to multi task
A broad knowledge of baking/pastry techniques and high volume experience
Fluent in English
