Description:
To bake products by following recipes or creating new ones while maintaing superior quality products; assisting junior staff & general admin
Requirements:
• 3 years of baking experience in 3-5* establishment
• Work independently and without too much supervision
• Self motivated while coping with shifts
• Professional appearance and demeanour
• Working knowledge of health, safety and sanitation procedures
• Working knowledge of basic equipment to include, but not limited to slicing machines, mixers,
• Applicable knowledge of weights and measurements
Qualification:
High School Diploma or equivalent
