•Responsible for the sales and marketing activities to achieve the sales and profit growth objective of the team.
•Develop business plans for all territories, categories and top accounts necessary to achieve targets.
•Motivate and supervise sales force by setting the standards of performance, provide on-the-field/job coaching, making joint customer visits, applying project management tool and take part in personnel administration measures in order to help them achieve their individual development goal.
•Establish and maintain the relationship with the high-level executives of key account customers in order to gain a better position in negotiation
•Keep up-to-date with market development, trends and competitor activities and to establish a long term strategic product line concept and pricing for keeping our tough competition in the market
•Manage and solve all commercial issues & conflicts according to Corporate Contracts and Agreements strictly and fairly to reduce the potential risk for the company.
•Candidate must be University Degree in any related course
•Candidate must have at least 4 years working experience in Sales,
•Candidate must have strong People Handling Skills and must be able to know the industry of the different sub segments
•Candidate must be proficient in MS Office Applications
•Candidate must be willing to work in England
